Waterlilies and other flowers

I love visiting the zoo, but what I love even more is the White River Gardens next door- especially in the summer/fall when the waterlilies are in bloom.  Since it's part way through October, I did not know if they would be out, and was excited to see they were!! Below are a many of my favorites :)

 It had been raining the morning of my trip to the zoo but had stopped by the time I got there.  These water droplets were still there on this pale pink one- just beautiful!

 Reflections in the water are always neat to see when the surface is calm and mirror like. Sometimes, like the in photo above, the reflections look better the original.

 No editing or enhancements were done to this, it really is a purple flower with a yellow almost glowing center!
